Not only that, but according to her biggest fan site kipi-fan.com, ” Kipi is the official cosplay character representation of Haruhi Suzumiya,” whatever ‘official’ means in that context.

    Horrible cosplay
The model is very attractive, and costume design is also normal, but the way everything turned out – better not to watch
Instead of hyperactive hurricane we see only nymphomaniac flirting.
I do not know, maybe for someone it is normal, it is not clear who dress in a similar suit, but to declare an official must not cute cuties, but those who understand the character. It has to yell “Let the whole world turned upside upside-down” rather than “Guess what’s in my pants”

While she’s very attractive, it just doesn’t compare to the “real” thing.

Her poses look too artificial and unnatural. She needs to relax and look like she’s having fun. Very plastic!

Awesome cosplay job! Very creative and pretty. The costume is a flawless transition from the anime/animated Haruhi outfit, and you really capture her playful spunkiness. Your face also looks pretty close to Haruhi’s – as close as a real-life human face could look to a ‘big eyes’ anime character, and still look pretty anyway.very cute indeed.thanks for sharing this… ;)

I think that is very well done, considering how hard it is to make cosplay. I make cosplay myself (although I often get help from my friend because I can screw up so badly with a needle, it’s unbelievable) and it’s very hard. But like Wagner said, she needs to relax. A friend always takes pictures of me posing in my cosplay, and I decided to test whether or not poses taken in fun or poses that look stiff look more legit. I gathered a small group from my school (friends, enemies and strangers alike) and showed them some photos of me in my cosplay, and then Kipi-san in her cosplay, and asked them which ones look more legit, and more people said that my ones did. And lala, I don’t often complain on other’s comments, but quite frankly, shut up. I haven’t got any images of me in my Haruhi cosplay, but I have a video of me now (I also have 1 image, but you can’t see the actual cosplay very well. My other cosplay pictures are private!). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0RClmzThgs (I’m Neru. I don’t care about hair very much, but I do care for the quality of the clothing and accessories.) Kipi-san can show off the cosplay well, but all I’m saying is that she looks like she was paid to do it. (Except for 10. 10 looks legit.)
