Hi guys, there’s been some new Haruhi Suzumiya music released in the last few weeks, including the main theme to the Disappearance movie and a CD full of music from the imaginary band ENOZ (seen during Live Alive).  We thought it would be nice to share them with everyone, the files are courtesy of the staff of Nipponsei.  On top of that, we’ve also added download links for the three other Haruhi Suzumiya CDs which we’ve never really posted on before; these are Suzumiya Haruhi no Gensou, Suzumiya Haruhi no Kiroku …

Following their last video to promote the soundtrack for the new Haruhi Suzumiya movie, Lantis has today posted a music video promoting the main theme song that will be used in the movie. The song, named “Yasashii Bokyaku” (Kindly Forget) is sang by Minori Chihara, who is the Japanese Seiyuu for Yuki Nagato. The gentle and somewhat sad tune comes off as a fitting melody for the events of ‘Disappearance’ from Yuki’s point of view. There are less than 10 days now until the movie premiers in Japan.

The official soundtrack for the new Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya Movie was released in Japan yesterday. Thanks to another generous tipster through the Haruhi tracker, I was able to find some links to the new Haruhi Suzumiya Season 2 Character songs. So far seven volumes have been released for Haruhi, Yuki, Mikuru, Kyon, Koizumi, Tsuruya-san and Taniguchi (of all people). Don’t know why I didn’t do this earlier, these Haruhi OST’s have been around for ages. Here’s a list of Haruhi Suzumiya soundtracks with download links for your listening pleasure. Unfortunately there isn’t really a single OST for the entire show like they do with other anime series.  There are, however, character albums for nine of the more popular characters. Heck, even Kyon’s sister and Kimidori Emiri get thier own soundtrack.

“Boken Desho Desho?” translates as “It’s an Adventure, Right? Right?”. This is technically the second opening theme for the Haruhi Suzumiya anime if you count “Koi no Mikuru Densetsu” (”The Mikuru Legend of Love”) which was performed for the first episode.
