The Indignation of Haruhi Suzumiya

In chapter two, a fellow classmate, Sakanaka, goes to the SOS Brigade for help in solving a mystery: a seemingly-haunted stretch of park pathway and the strange effect it seems to have on the neighborhood dogs.

The Intrigues of Haruhi Suzumiya
