The Adventures of Dr.Koizumi is a fan-made role-playing game. It runs off of RPGMaker VX which you can download for free here. Don’t expect too much though, the game can be completed in about 10 minutes and it seems that Koizumi Itsuki is the only character from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya which shows up in it. Check it out if you’re curious, plus there’s always more fan-made RPGMaker games out there to try out afterwards.

It’s a little late, but an entrepreneurial Haruhi fan has made a working version of the Day of Sagittarius III game as an App for Apple’s iPhone. As most will recall, Day of Sagittarius was a game made by the Computer Research Society to challenge Haruhi and the SOS Brigade in the episode of the same name from the first season of Haruhi Suzumiya. The objective is to maneuver your fleet of starships around the map to destroy the enemy fleet. The game is priced at $2 at ...

I did a double take when I saw this in my inbox the other day – of all the creations that could have derived from Haruhiism fandom, I would have never imagined a FPS game would be one of them. This fan shooter works off of the original DOOM game (via Legacy Engine) and is based off of the Adventures of Mikuru Asahina seen in the first episode of the anime. The story taken from the game’s manual:
You are Mikuru Asahina, a waitress from the future who is here to ...

Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekitou is a 3-D fighting game that uses characters from the Haruhi Suzumiya series. If you’re familiar with Super Mario Smash Bros., you’ll have a good idea of what this game is like. The game is developed by doujin circle Souvenir Circ. and originally sold at Comiket 2007/2008. Gekitou is actually an upgraded version of Suzumiya Haruhi no Chourantou, a previous game also made by Souvenir Circ., and has a ton of new features missing in the original. There are four playmodes: Arcade, Story, Free Battle and ...

Hi again Haruhi fans, hope you’ve had a fun Christmas. I opened up my email today and received a nice surprise – a link to a Haruhi Suzumiya visual novel game. The project is called the Worlds of Haruhi Suzumiya and it’s a working visual novel that’s set in the Haruhi universe but also draws on characters from other KyoAni anime like Clannad and Lucky Star, as well as other series. To those not familiar with what visual novels are, it’s a type of game quite popular in Japan; think ...

I was looking for Haruhi flash games on the Internet when I came upon this fan creation. I’m sure everyone remembers the The Day Of Sagittarius episode from season one. The Computer Club, in a bid to get back their stolen PC, challenges the SOS Brigade to a match on a game of their own creation. The flash game at this Japanese site emulates that game almost perfectly, down to the cheesy MIDI background music. The only downside is that there is no second player or ...

The second game for the Haruhi Suzumiya franchise was called the Promise of Haruhi Suzumiya (涼宮ハルヒの約束) (Suzumiya Haruhi no Yakusoku) and was released by Namco Bandai for the PlayStation Portable on December 20, 2007. Unfortunately, the game is so far released only in Japan, though there’s plenty of them available on ebay and you can also order them from PlayAsia. Similar to the first Haruhi game, the Promise of Haruhi Suzumiya is another visual novel style click through fest where you are awarded with various scenes by going ...

The Perplexity of Haruhi Suzumiya is the first PlayStation 2 game released for the franchise. The gameplay is a mix of things varying from visual novel (game CGs accompanied by dialogue or text. See some CGs from the game), to a simple fantasy RPG, to a “princess maker“-type game. If you’ve got an affinity for the Japanese language, then head over to the official site. Here’s some stuff I grabbed from the site and digging around with google.jp
There currently isn’t any plans on porting this game ...
