The Adventures of Dr.Koizumi is a fan-made role-playing game. It runs off of RPGMaker VX which you can download for free here. Don’t expect too much though, the game can be completed in about 10 minutes and it seems that Koizumi Itsuki is the only character from the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya which shows up in it. Suzumiya Haruhi no Gekitou is a 3-D fighting game that uses characters from the Haruhi Suzumiya series. If you’re familiar with Super Mario Smash Bros., you’ll have a good idea of what this game is like. The game is developed by doujin circle Souvenir Circ. and originally sold at Comiket 2007/2008. Gekitou is actually an upgraded version of Suzumiya Haruhi no Chourantou, a previous game also made by Souvenir Circ., and has a ton of new features missing in the original.
