Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya Movie Event in L.A.
Just a heads-up for Haruhi fans in the Los Angeles area. There’s going to be a TV crew that will be interviewing fans of the Haruhi Suzumiya series tomorrow (Jan 25th) and possibly the next day as well to promote the upcoming movie. The event will take place at 5:30PM local time at Anime Jungle (319 East 2nd St. #103) which held the North America DVD launch and signing event for Haruhi Suzumiya in 2007. The crew is from Cine-tsu, a program on TV Tokyo. One of their producers posted recently on the forum stating that they’re looking for Haruhi cosplayers in particular to talk to. If you’re in the area and are free, drop by and take a look. We’d love it if somebody would take photos and send it in. If you’re brave enough to cosplay for the event, even better

I live very close to Little Tokyo where the Jungle store is but I couldn’t make it there by 5:30 after work. Plus I have a bit of a city-phobia and LA creeps me out when it gets dark. But I’m sure lots of other fans will be there =) It’s awesome that a Japanese TV station is doing this.
